Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and return calls and emails with professionalism and a smile</li><li>Schedule rug pick-ups, drop-offs, and cleaning services</li><li>Follow up with leads from social media forms and online inquiries</li><li>Clearly explain our services and pricing to customers</li><li>Recommend additional treatments to improve customer results and earn commissions</li><li>Enter accurate information into our CRM (HubSpot or similar)</li><li>Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and office organization</li><li>Track customer interactions and next steps</li><li>Collaborate with our team and participate in ongoing training</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)</li><li>Customer service or sales experience preferred</li><li>CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus</li><li>Excellent communication skills, friendly, clear, and confident</li><li>Highly organized, able to multitask in a busy environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Professional phone demeanor and computer literacy</li><li>Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a clean driver's license (to be covered under company insurance)</li><li>Fluency in English required (bilingual in Spanish a plus)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full-time preferred; part-time options available (25 to 40 hours/week)</li><li>Competitive hourly pay at $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Commission opportunities for upselling services</li><li>Training provided.
